This southward-looking view of the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park shows the complex of craters, cones and lava flows of Mt Tongariro in the foreground. Mt Ngāuruhoe, the largest and most active cone of the Tongariro group, is in the centre. Ruapehu volcano is in the background.
