Malayan and Indonesian Colombo Plan students studying at Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, in the 1950s are entertained at a musical evening at a private home. The students include (from left) Sek Pan Chee from Malaya, Mohamad Mahfoedi from Indonesia, Bih Baba Ahmid from Malaya and Widodo Hargo Hartono from Indonesia. Agriculture was one of the subjects favoured by Colombo Plan students, as the knowledge gained helped with development programmes back home.
