Bass-baritone Rodney Macann sings at a gala concert for Wanganui Opera Week in 2013. The week-long festival of opera is held to support and promote the New Zealand Opera School held each year in Whanganui. After returning to New Zealand from Europe, Macann continued to travel to singing engagements in Australia and on the other side of the world, but increasingly appeared in New Zealand productions.
