A new Mansfield story

In 2013 scholar Gerri Kimber (pictured) discovered an unpublished story by Katherine Mansfield among the papers of Mansfield's husband, John Middleton Murry, which had been recently acquired by the Alexander Turnbull Library in Wellington. 'Sumurun: an impression of Leopoldine Konstantin' was probably written in 1910 or 1911, inspired by a play called Sumurun in which Leopoldine Konstantin played the title role.
