Greg Bryant checks a shot during the 2012 New Zealand croquet championship in Whanganui. Bryant, who has played croquet for more than 25 years, won his first national championship in 2011 when he was in his late forties. Although the competition is dominated by younger players, New Zealanders in their sixties have played competitively.
