Gym activities: cardio equipment

Members of the gym at Dunedin's Moana Pool work out using treadmills and stationary bikes in the cardio section. This gym opened in 2007 and followed a trend for council-run swimming pools to incorporate fitness centres. Often facilities were the equivalent of those in private gyms, and included modern equipment and televisions for members to watch while they exercised.
