Mormon team

Mormon missionaries helped to improve coaching and player skills in the two decades after the Second World War. Between 1946 and 1961 a Mormon team would play a New Zealand representative team at the end of the national men's tournament. The New Zealanders usually lost. This is the Mormon team in 1958.
