A polite reminder

In 2009 Aucklander Neil Denney became so frustrated at the rudeness of many shop assistants that he made little cards to remind people of the importance of 'Kiwi manners' and began leaving them in shops where he encountered poor service. He is pictured here with one of his cards in the foreground.
