Lee Ralph

Lee Ralph is one of New Zealand's most internationally renowned professional skateboarders. He moved to the United States in 1986 and was signed by Vision Skateboards. However, he was an illegal immigrant and had to leave the US, which put paid to his career there. Ralph skated in Europe for a few years in the late 1980s before returning to New Zealand. He remains a legend in New Zealand and international skateboarding circles. Here, Ralph appears at the Bowl-a-rama skateboard competition in Wellington in 2011.
