These are early drafts of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The declaration was drawn up in Paris in 1948 by the Commission of Human Rights, consisting of 18 members from different parts of the world. The UDHR is a relatively short document that sets out the basic human rights that should be available to all people.
