Colleena Blair competes in the javelin at the first Oceania Veterans Games in Suva, Fiji, in May 1982. The games consisted of track and field events for competitors aged from 35 to over 70. There were 120 athletes each from New Zealand and Australia, 40 from Fiji, and one each from New Caledonia and Western Samoa. Blair did not win the javelin, but was the over-50 gold medallist for the 80-metre hurdles.
