Kōrero: Inheritance

At the time of his death in 1953, Whangārei pharmacist Frank Reed had the largest collection of books and manuscripts relating to the French writer Alexandre Dumas outside of France. He stipulated that his collection was to go to the Auckland Public Library after his death.
