The Te Manu Aute Whare Oranga health clinic, which opened in 2010, is run by Manurewa marae in South Auckland. Clinical health services are offered alongside traditional Māori therapies like mirimiri (massage) and rongoā (Māori medicine). The clinic has a special focus on Māori patients but treats people from all cultural backgrounds.
