Quality of life: Swimming, 2009

Kath Johnstone, pictured here at the age of 91, was a keen swimmer. In 2009 she participated in the World Masters Games (an international sporting event for people aged 35 and over) in Sydney, Australia. Five years later she was the oldest competitor at the 2014 FINA World Masters (an international aquatics championships for adults) in Montreal, Canada.
