Trip to Selwyn Huts

Trip to Selwyn Huts

Children take part in an outing to Selwyn Huts on the shores of Lake Ellesmere, probably in the 1950s. The outing was organised by the youth organisation Heritage, which provided opportunities and financial assistance for children of servicemen killed or wounded during war service.
