Barun expedition: typing despatches

Hillary types despatches at base camp, located below the south face of Makalu (8,475m). His reports to The Times of London were carried out from the camp by a Sherpa, and helped generate funding for the expedition. During this time Hillary also wrote part of his book High adventure.
