Rape education resource

Rape education resource

Nancy de Castro, a volunteer and former education worker with Rape Crisis, holds up the booklet she helped produce for secondary school students. The resource aimed to overcome the stereotype of the rapist as an armed stranger, and provided information for rape survivors. Education of girls and young women remained an important part of the work of Rape Crisis in the 2000s.
