Canterbury refugee women's hui

Canterbury refugee women's hui

Understanding Māori culture and customs is a vital part of life in New Zealand. The Canterbury Refugee Council runs hui and other gatherings to introduce refugees to Māori society. These women are arriving at a hui on women's health and wellbeing at a Christchurch marae in 2009.
