Importance of family

Abraham Turei sits underneath his family photos in 2005. At that time he had 17 children, 5 step-children, over 50 grandchildren and over 50 great-grandchildren. Family relationships are often important for older people; they are a source of support, love and enjoyment if ties have been maintained.
