Kua roa ngā one pango o Te Tai Poutini e keria ana mō te koura. Arā atu anō ngā manawa whenua kei ngā one pango nei, i kawea mai i Ngā Puke-māeroero kia pū ki tātahi. Ko ngā one pango i Te Ika-a-Māui, ka ahu mai i ngā toka puia; ko ēnei one pango, atu i Taranaki ki Te Rēinga. Keria ai ngā one pango o Tāmaki-makau-rau ka hurihia hei rino.
