Lilburn at the CANZ conference, 1977

Douglas Lilburn attended the third conference of the Composers’ Association of New Zealand (CANZ) on 27 August 1977. Fellow composer John Rimmer is on the right. Lilburn went to many conferences as a way of building contacts and demonstrating his support for New Zealand’s musical community.
