Protesting ACC cuts

ACC Man, a 2-metre effigy of a bandaged injury victim, was the symbol for the Coalition on Accident Compensation, a group protesting against changes to the ACC legislation. The changes reduced the amount paid out to compensate and rehabilitate accident victims.
