Thomas Burns’s daughters

Thomas Burns was the spiritual and moral leader of Otago’s Free Church community, from before the settlers left Scotland in 1847 until his death in 1871. His daughters – Mrs Livingstone, Miss Burns, Mrs Stephens and Mrs Bannerman – are shown outside First Church in Dunedin, around 1900.
