I have unearthed a series of carved Silcrete ,Toki,Patu and carved throwing stones and various other tools and weapons , these tools etc. are carved with amazing intricacy ,these tools are available for vewing at the "Badgersden"Tararua District .All artifacts retrieved are available to photograph .One stone Patu ? in particular 43 cm long with a 10cm wide blade and carved with many face profiles is more like a sword than a Patu .I would appreciate an opinion on what the Maori name is for its particular .I consider it to important to display computor imagery of it .Is there any legends of important chiefs of this area who might have mislaid one or?.I consider it on par with the History of '"Korotangi" ..
