The Invincibles

In 1924–25 the All Black rugby team toured the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Canada and won all their matches – earning them the nickname the ‘Invincibles’. New Zealanders were overjoyed. On their return home, they paraded through Wellington streets to celebrate their success.
