Learning about farming

Farm visits give city dwellers an insight into farming life. Some farmstay experiences, such as school visits, enable people from different backgrounds to help with farm jobs. Auckland secondary school pupils Dayne Addison and Jade Taulanga encounter the realities of dairy farming during an educational farm visit in 2006.
