Zinc capsules for facial eczema

Te Aroha farmer Gladys Reid was the first to advocate treating animals with regular doses of zinc to protect them from facial eczema. This has subsequently become recommended practice. Zinc will not cure animals already affected. These zinc oxide capsules are being manufactured at Ruakura Research Centre, Hamilton.
