These students at Hamilton’s Fraser High School are potting plants as part of their horticultural course. The school runs courses in agriculture, horticulture and floriculture for students in years 11 and 12, for levels 1 and 2 of the National Certificate in Educational Achievement (NCEA). Year 13 students can study floriculture or primary production and marketing for level 3 of NCEA.
