Flowing with honey

Even with the best management, honey production is dependent on the climate during spring and summer. Drought, strong winds and wet weather can all limit clover yields and, therefore, honey production. Here, Blair Dale, co-owner of Strathdale Honey of Middlemarch, celebrates a good year in 2005, after two poor previous seasons.
