Dairy shelter building

Dairy shelters are becoming increasingly common on dairy farms. These specially designed buildings protect dairy cows from rain and cold weather, on a concrete pad that ensures dry underfoot conditions. They are especially common in areas with wet winters, and with soils and pastures that are easily pugged or muddied from trampling.
