Undescribed native slug

This large native slug, thought to be a new species of the genus Pseudaneitea, was collected from Craigieburn Forest Park in North Canterbury.

I have found one of the "undescribed native slugs" in my firewood along with lots of eggs. Is it known what it eats?

I found one that looks just like it last night in Newlands, Wellington. Got it in a jar at the moment. Crazy looking slug, never seen anything like it.

Found three of these under some bark that was peeling off a pine tree in Akatarawa Valley, Upper Hutt. Have photos.

I found two "undescribed native slugs" under the lid of my compost bin. I live in the Akatarawa Valley, between Upper Hutt and Waikanae.

Have found the 2 slugs today in Stratford that looks like the green coloured undescribed native slug. Found in a stack of macrocarpa offcuts. Have seen before but a brighter green colour.

I found what looked like Pseudaneitea in our garden in Ngaio,Wellington, last night.It was large.We have found a native snail here once as well.
