Bathers, Madonna Falls

The Madonna Falls on the Te Kūiti–New Plymouth Road are believed to have healing qualities. These bathers are seeking a cure in August 1980. But one bystander claimed it was pointless to collect the water in bottles since it would lose its mana (power) away from the site.
