Kōrero: Canterbury region

Gap Filler

This short film introduces the work of Gap Filler, which was set up to bring creative community projects to the empty spaces around Christchurch following the earthquake. Vacant plots were used for a wide range of initiatives – everything from a cycle-powered cinema to a book exchange – and for various types of artwork.
