Jim and Mary Barr collection, City Gallery Wellington, 2008

Jim and Mary Barr are among the most significant contemporary collectors of art in New Zealand, and they regularly lend items from their collection to public art galleries for exhibition. In 2008 the City Gallery Wellington mounted Reboot: the Jim Barr & Mary Barr Collection exhibition over four months. In this video Jim Barr talks about the collection, the couple's collecting practices and their relationships with the artists.
