Kōrero: Diverse families

Moving between homes

Learning Media published the picture book Two homes for David in 1995, at a time when shared-care arrangements were becoming more common after parents separated. In this story David does not like moving between his parents, but finds it easier to go to his Dad's place when he can take his favourite red truck. He also comes to recognise what he likes about spending time with each of his parents. Move the slider to view some of the pages from the book.
