District health boards and public hospitals in New Zealand

New Zealand’s 20 district health boards (DHBs) had oversight of public health services from 2001 until 2022, when they were replaced by Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand and Te Aka Whai Ora Māori Health Authority. This map shows the boundaries of the DHBs and the location of the country's public hospitals.
