Whakauae Research Services logo

This is the logo of Whakauae Research Services, established by Ngāti Hauiti of Rangitīkei in 2005 to carry out a broad range of community-based Māori public health research. Two projects in 2014 were research into smoking among Māori nurses and health care workers, and a study of the use of rongoā (traditional Māori medicine) in contemporary health practice.
