Midlife leisure

A study of midlife adults living in 2008 found that outdoor activities were the most popular forms of leisure. Spending time with friends and family was also popular, particularly for women. Activities preferred by men included going to bars and pubs and watching sports events. Women were more likely to visit libraries for leisure purposes than men.
