Drug testing threat

A series of fatal accidents from 2008 raised safety concerns in the adventure tourism industry. Reports of widespread drug-taking among tourism operators led to a government threat that it would introduce mandatory drug testing if the situation continued. This 2012 cartoon satirises the prospect.
