Leaky buildings

Leaky buildings

Bob Brockie’s 2002 cartoon plays on the finger-pointing and buck-passing that characterised the leaky building scandal of the 2000s. From the mid-1990s thousands of houses were built using methods that did not keep out the rain. As the cartoon suggests, there were many failures at different levels.
