Kōrero: Workforce composition

‘Retirement at last’

‘Retirement at last’

Older people are more likely than others to be outside the workforce. However, retirement at age 65 is no longer automatic and many people choose to work for at least 10 years more. Others are happy to retire as soon as possible, like the man in this painting, ‘Retirement at last', by Trevor Moffitt.
