Rhythm and Vines Festival

The first Rhythm and Vines festival was held at Waiohika estate, near Gisborne, on New Year’s Eve 2003/4. The 2007/8 festival, pictured here, hosted 35 different performing artists or groups and had at least 10,000 attendees. The 2010/11 festival hosted more than 25,000.
