Nottingham Castle Hotel

The elegant Nottingham Castle Hotel, built in 1914, stands at the heart of Morrinsville. The original Nottingham Castle Hotel, built in 1875 and destroyed by fire in 1913, was a meeting place for the Waitoa Road Board. Its predecessor, The Jolly Cripple, was one of the first buildings in Morrinsville and an important community centre.
