There are three important tramping tracks on Stewart Island – the demanding and long North West Circuit, the Southern Circuit south and east of Mason Bay, and the shorter Rakiura Track. The Rakiura Track begins going north along the coast from Halfmoon Bay to Port William, with magnificent views such as this.
