Open Home Foundation

Open Home Foundation

The Open Home Foundation (OHF) is an independent Christian organisation which maintains a network of foster families. Children can be placed in care directly by OHF or referred there by Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children. OHF was established in 1977 by Wellington couple Ewen and Gillian Laurenson. Here they sit at the kitchen table with their three adopted children in 1991.
