Federated Mountain Clubs election manifesto

Tramper Daryl Ball makes his way through snow beside the White River, Arthur’s Pass, in this photo from Federated Mountain Clubs' 2011 'election manifesto'. The manifesto set out a wish-list of policies that the group wanted the government to implement after the election – including protecting biodiversity and increasing funding for conservation.
