Neighbourhood Support pamphlet, 1983 (2nd of 2)

This Ponsonby Neighbourhood Support pamphlet from the early 1980s promotes a kit which explains how to set up a Neighbourhood Support Group. These groups were at the forefront of an approach to making cities safer. They arose in communities that were sick of increasing crime rates, especially burglary.
