Cooking with coriander, 1998

In the 1990s fresh herbs such as basil and mint were sold in supermarkets and new herbs such as coriander (also called cilantro) became popular. Television cook Jo Seagar prepared a dish of grilled mustard chicken on polenta with pawpaw coriander salsa on her cooking show Real food for real people in 1998.
