Testing lawnmowers

One of Consumer New Zealand's aims is to test consumer goods and find the best products to recommend to its members. This 1967 film clip shows lawnmowers being tested. Testing criteria include how much grass a machine cuts – measured by weight – and how close it can get to walls and edges.
