Story: Awards and prizes

NZ Radio Awards, 2009

Stars of the airwaves Paul Holmes and Kim Hill are seen at the 2009 Radio Awards in Auckland's Sky City convention centre. Holmes received the award for Best Talk or Current Affairs Host for his breakfast show on Newstalk ZB. Hill and her colleagues at Radio New Zealand National were awarded the Metropolitan Station of the Year title.

Listen to Kim Hill interviewing British author and politician Jeffrey Archer in 1993 for a sample of her inimitable style.
